Personal Data Collected
When you register for a class with Freedom Yoga we collect personal data. This is for us to meet insurance criteria as well as for your health and safety when attending yoga classes. The data on your health is also used to tailor sessions to suit you, as far as possible, keeping it safe and enjoyable.

All information gathered either offline or through the online registration is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party without your permission. If you allow us, it is kept securely by Mailchimp for the purpose of emailing. We deem Mailchimp to be safe and secure (see their Privacy Policy https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/) and your data will only be viewed by Sophie and possibly a substitute/additional teacher of the class which you have booked.
You may update or correct your data and email preferences
My Insurance Company request that I keep a record of my customer’s data and registrations for two years after your last class with me.
If you wish to alter any of your data, review how it is used or wish for its return, please contact Sophie on sophie@freedomyoga.co.uk or 07713 511527.
You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Freedom Yoga, in which case Freedom Yoga may not be able to provide classes to you.

How we use your contact information
When registering either online, or on paper, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email being used by Freedom Yoga to inform you of class changes, service updates directly relating to the yoga services you have registered an interest in and new classes and events.
You may decline to provide your email address to Freedom Yoga which will mean we are unable to provide our usual courteous notifications of changes.

Notifying you of Changes to this Notice
If we need to change this statement, we will change the date at the top (please come back often and check) and we will attempt to communicate the update through our website and social media and email where this is permitted.
