As you can see below, I have divided the practices into 30 minute classes, 60 minute classes and there is also a page for meditation and breath work plus a posture clinic where you can explore poses in greater depth.

This content will grow as the weeks progress and nothing will be removed so if you decide to subscribe again you will find something new and inspiring as well as be able to dip back into some old favourites.

 I hope that as in “real life” your online yoga practice provides a strong sense of connection, some inspiration for living fully in the present moment and a bunch of much needed playful mobility in your week.
