Breath is The Thread
This is a fluid and dynamic practice that takes you on a beautiful rhythmic journey through 60minutes of self awareness. An opening of core work sets up the body for some standing poses with upper back bending leading you through some interesting transitions from tree to halfmoon and back. There’s also opportunity to explore flying pigeon and headstand if that floats your boat!
Gorgeous Hippy Vibes
A mandala practice, moving around the mat and the hip compartment, releasing stagnation and stickiness to feel refreshed and light. Peak poses include headstand and revolving half moon.
Active Range of Motion
Working towards greater mobility in shoulder and hip joints without using leverage.
Including unbound binds and not wild thing!
Strength and Skill in Transitions
Some hip and shoulder mobility to start, moving into a bit of a core wake up and then some standing balances including half moon and warrior III. Finishing with a little float into crow or two, breathing into bridge or wheel and a funky final twist.
Vagus Nerve Vibes
A circular flow to create rhythm in breath and movement. This flow focuses on smooth ujayii breath in order to stimulate the fabulous vagus nerve and tap into the parasympathetic nervous system response.
Free Flowing
Breath, trust, strength, playfulness, space, skill and freedom all snuggled into 60 glorious minutes of flow.
Gliding
Half moon, revolved half moon, skandasana, warrior 2 and warrior 3 amongst other awesome poses make this 60 minutes fly by and leave you glowing.
Skills For Stepping Through
Learn how to make space and use strength to step up to a lunge from downward facing dog. This hour is fluid, hypnotic and helps to develop skills to take your practice to the next level.
