Strength in Vulnerability

A creative and playful 60 minutes working to strengthen the back chain of the body to allow space in the front. Enjoy camel pose, wild thing and dancers pose in this big sweaty practice!

Vitality

Lots of repetition in this dynamic hour. Using the skills you learn along the way to cultivate strength and good foundation particularly in shoulders, peaking in a strong and vibrant wild thing!

Sparkly Quads!

Balance those elastic hamstrings with a really great dose of quad and hip flexor work. This class promotes knee health as well as lending itself to moving into backbends if you fancy them! Enjoy a bunch of rhythmic salutations, full cobra, dancers pose and even wheel! Microphone is not great for this class but I am still audible!

Dance With Me

Starting out with some hip openers and core strengtheners before moving into sun salutations and then a couple of variations of dancers pose before a well deserved savasana. This is a gloriously glowing practice.

Radiate Sunbeams

A delightfully monotonous flow using repetition to move you out of your thinking mind and into your doing body. Enjoy lots of balancing, great hip stretches and some radiant backbends to leave you feeling illuminated.
