Exploring Hips

Inner and outer hips need to be working together in order for us to feel more secure whilst balancing. This 60 minute flow explores that through salutations, down dog balances, half moon, dancers pose and side plank variations.

Strong & Mobile

A little hip mobility here, a little pelvic tilt there, some front body stretch, some back body strength! Rhythmic, hypnotic, delicious

Hippy Vibes

A mandala practice, moving around the mat and the hip compartment, releasing stagnation and stickiness to feel refreshed and light. Peak poses include headstand and revolving half moon.

Harmonising Abductor& Adductors

A strong hour long practice working with awareness of inner and outer leg strength and flexibility. If abductors and adductors are working equally well there’s more likelihood that the pelvis will be happy and the lower back will be pain free. PS. There’s an epic balancing sequence that will really test your willpower!
