Let's get Moving!

A fun and fluid 60 minute flow to churn up the energy and move stagnation. Setting rhythm with crescent salutations, exploring binds in kneeling half moon and standing halfmoon and enjoying a play in crow pose too!

Sparkly Quads

Balance those elastic hamstrings with a really great dose of quad and hip flexor work. This class promotes knee health as well as lending itself to moving into backbends if you fancy them! Enjoy a bunch of rhythmic salutations, full cobra, dancers pose and even wheel! Microphone is not great for this class but I am still audible!

A sassy little ladder flow to loosen up any tight spots, create some heat, open you up to possibility and feel fabulous in your incredible body this January.
